The app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by AIn't Real. Real photographs used in the game are sourced from Pexels and used under their license. AI-generated images are created for gameplay purposes.
The mobile app displays advertisements. By using the app, you agree to view these advertisements as part of the service.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIn't Real shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or our account deletion page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
